This gorgeous 18K yellow gold ring was made by highly regarded jeweler Kurt Wayne and features a 3 carat tourmaline cabochon at the center. The rectangular cushion-cut tourmaline has a north-south orientation and is flanked by two .01 carat round brilliant cut diamonds. The polished band has a rolled edge and tapers toward the back of the shank.

The ring is in very good condition with no alterations or repairs. As a vintage piece, there are signs of age present including minor scratches and tarnish to the gold that are mentioned for accuracy. The inside of the band bears Kurt Wayne's "KW" maker's mark and an 18K stamp reading "750". The ring measures 6.5 on a mandrel and can be adjusted up or down one size by most professional jewelers. The band is 10.9mm at its widest and the ring weighs 6.1 grams.
